Before you submit the questionnaire, please make sure that you have correctly uploaded and linked all required documents.
You have two options to check which of your answers are missing uploaded documents:
In the navigation panel on the left-hand side, all the missing documents are reminded by a red paperclip icon.
If you've answered all your questions, go to the Survey Progress report page, which summarises the missing documents.
Tip:
Please note that if a document in the Doc library is not attached to any of your questions, it won't be considered in the assessment.
If you want to review a specific document for a particular question, you can use the search function in the Doc library.
