Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check which browser you use. We would highly recommend the use of the latest version of the following browsers:

  • Firefox 52 ESR 

  • Firefox 58+ (Quantum+)

  • Chrome 55+/63+

  • Edge 15+

  • Internet Explorer 11+

Step 2: If your screen is still freezing, try to clean the cache by clicking CTRL+F5 and clean the cookies from the cache.

  • a screenshot of the browser window: youll need to click on F12 and then choose the CONSOLE tab

  • a screenshot of the browser window: then youll need to click on F12 and then choose NETWORK tab
