Step 1 - Registration
The first step in the assessment process is to register your company.
If your client invites you, you will receive an invitation email from CyberVadis with a registration link. By clicking on the link in the email, you’ll be redirected to our registration. If you would like to self-register (without an enterprise client) to assess your company in terms of Cybersecurity, you may refer to this article for more information on how to receive the registration link.
The registration process is quick and easy. You only need to provide basic information about your company and contact details.
Step 2 - Qualification Questionnaire
After registration, answer yes/no to a questionnaire about your company's cybersecurity practices to create a customized one.
Qualification questions will eventually enable/disable specific questions for the second stage, which is the questionnaire that our security team will be analyzing. So, once you complete the “Qualification” stage, this section will be locked.
We advise you to work closely with your IT/IS and Data Protection Officers (If applicable) so that the answers are truly representative of your company's actual ISMS posture.
Step 3 - Customized Questionnaire
Complete your online questionnaire, customized to your company sector, size, and the responses in the qualification section. Ensure to upload all necessary supporting documents.
Complete the questionnaire within 20 days or by an agreed deadline with your client.
Step 4 - Analysis
CyberVadis cybersecurity experts analyze your answers and your supporting documents. This process will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
Step 5 - Results
We’ll provide you with a scorecard and a detailed Improvement plan that you can share with all your business partners.
We recommend you review the guidance provided and discuss your results with your client to determine the next steps that could be working in your improvement plan internally or improve your scorecard through a reassessment process.

Completing the registration process will only require 5 minutes of your time
If you're not the person who will be filling out the questionnaire, you’ll have the option to add other colleagues on the platform once you sign up
