The subscription period starts from the registration date and is active for 12 months. The scorecard's validity period is also 12 months after its publication date.
A gap will always exist between your subscription and scorecard validity periods.
For example:
Registration/subscription start date -> 1st January 2023
Subscription end date -> 31st December 2023
Scorecard publication date -> 1st March 2023
Scorecard validity -> 28th February 2024
However, you'll need an active subscription to access/share your scorecard.
