You have two options as follows to get your score revised after working on the improvement plan:
Option 1
As the subscription model of CyberVadis is based on tacit renewal, your membership will be renewed annually, and you will receive a new token to conduct a new assessment, provided you have worked and applied the actions recommended in your customized improvement plan. You can then get your score revised, which will be valid for 1 year from the publication date.
Option 2
You can request for an additional assessment before the renewal (with a fee equivalent to your subscription fee) to revise your score. However, please keep in mind that at the end of your initial subscription date, you will need to renew your subscription to be able to have access to your updated (additional) Scorecard.
Example:
Company X has registered for the assessment on the 1st of January, 2023. Therefore their subscription is valid until 31st December 2023
First Scorecard for Company X was published on 1st of March 2023 -> This will be valid until 28 or 29 of February 2023
Company X has requested an additional assessment and a second scorecard was published on 1st of June 2023 -> The second scorecard will also be valid until 31 May 2024 (but you will need to renew your subscription on 31st December 2023 to be able to access the scorecard until May 2024).
Upon renewal of your subscription in January 2024, you maintain access to your account (Scorecard, Customized Improvement plan and Sharing capabilities).
