Your deadline
You must submit your completed questionnaire within 20 days of receiving access to the platform, or by a specific deadline agreed with your client. Your deadline is displayed on your questionnaire summary page when you log in at app.cybervadis.com.
Check your deadline as soon as you register, do not wait until you are ready to start answering questions.
Saving your progress is not the same as submitting
The questionnaire autosaves as you work, but your answers are not sent to our analysts until you formally submit. Until you click the Submit button, your responses remain in draft mode and are not visible to CyberVadis or your client.
Make sure you complete the submission step before your deadline, saving your progress alone is not sufficient.
What happens if you miss your deadline
If you do not submit by your deadline:
Your answers and uploaded documents will not be reviewed or scored
Your client will be notified that you have not submitted by the deadline
Your progress and platform access are retained, your work is not deleted
Missing a deadline does not mean your work is lost. However, it does mean your assessment cannot proceed until you submit, and your client will be aware that you have not yet participated.
How to request an extension
If you need more time, request an extension before your deadline passes. Contact your account manager as early as possible and include:
Your company name
Your current deadline
The reason you need additional time
The date by which you expect to be able to submit
Extensions cannot be guaranteed, particularly if requested after the deadline has already passed. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we are to be able to help.
If you are close to your deadline
If your deadline is approaching and you have not yet submitted, prioritise the following:
Request an extension immediately if you need more time to gather evidence
Contact your account manager if you are unsure what to do
