Registration takes around five minutes. Before you begin, have the following information ready:

  • Your company's legal name and registered address

  • Your company's sector (you will select this using the ISIC classification system - see [How to choose the right company category])

  • Your company's size (number of full-time employees)

  • The name and email address of your billing contact

If you were invited by a client

  1. Open the invitation email you received from CyberVadis.

  2. Click the registration link in the email. This takes you directly to the CyberVadis registration page.

  3. Complete the registration form with your company and contact details.

  4. Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email right after.

If you did not receive the invitation email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact account.management@cybervadis.com with your company name and your client's name so we can resend it.

If you are registering without a client invitation

See [I want to be assessed without a client request. Where do I start?] for instructions on how to initiate a self-registration.

After registration

Once registered, your next step is the qualification questionnaire, a short set of yes/no questions that shapes your customized assessment. See [What does the assessment process look like?] for a full overview of what comes next.

If you are not the person who will be completing the questionnaire, you can add colleagues to the platform immediately after registration. See [How to invite colleagues to work on the questionnaire].
