The questionnaire cannot be exported or printed for offline use. All responses must be entered directly into the CyberVadis platform. This is by design and ensures the security and integrity of your assessment data throughout the process.
The questionnaire is dynamic
An additional reason why a static export would not be useful is that the questionnaire is dynamic: questions can change as you progress through it. Your answers to earlier questions, including the qualification questionnaire, influence which questions appear later in your assessment. This means a snapshot of the questionnaire taken at one point in time may not reflect what you actually see when you return to the platform. The only accurate version of your questionnaire is the live version on the platform.
Alternatives to working offline
If you need to involve colleagues or prepare your answers before entering them, here are the options available to you:
Invite colleagues to the platform
The most effective alternative to exporting is giving your colleagues direct access to the platform. Your company's Admin user can add team members and assign them the Contributor role, allowing them to work on the questionnaire directly. This is faster and more accurate than coordinating offline. Use the AI prefill feature
If you upload your company's information security documentation to the platform, our AI prefill tool will automatically fill in the relevant controls and attach the corresponding evidence on your behalf. This significantly reduces the manual effort of entering answers one by one. See [Using AI prefill to complete your questionnaire faster] for more detail on how AI prefill works.
Upload your documents to the document library first
You can upload your evidence documents to the platform's document library before you start answering questions. This allows you to prepare your documentation in advance and attach files quickly as you work through the questionnaire, rather than searching for documents mid-session.
Review help content within each question
Each question includes built-in help content displayed directly beneath the question text, with additional guidance under each control. Reading this as you go helps you understand what is being asked without needing an offline copy of the questionnaire.
