No - once you click Submit, your questionnaire is locked and no further changes can be made. Answers cannot be edited and no additional documents can be uploaded. This is by design: locking the submission ensures our analysts review a complete, final version of your assessment rather than a moving target.
Before you submit: a pre-submission checklist
Because submission is final, it is worth taking a few minutes to check the following before you click Submit:
All questions are marked complete: the Submit button only becomes active once every question has been toggled to "Question Completed." If Submit is greyed out, check your questionnaire summary page for questions that still need to be marked complete.
Every answer has supporting evidence attached: answers without corresponding documentation cannot be credited by our analysts, regardless of how accurate they are. Use the orange warning indicators in the left-hand navigation panel to identify any questions with missing documents.

Your evidence is the most current version available: check that policies and procedures you have uploaded are up to date and have not been superseded by newer versions.
What happens after you submit
Once you click Submit:
Your questionnaire is validated and locked: your answers and evidence are confirmed as final and the interface is locked. No further edits are possible.
Expert analyst review begins: your submission is passed to a CyberVadis cybersecurity analyst who reviews your responses and evidence in detail. This process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Your scorecard is published: once the review is complete, you will receive an email notification and your scorecard will be available on the platform.

If you realize you made a mistake after submitting
If you believe you submitted incorrect information or uploaded the wrong document, contact your account manager or account.management@cybervadis.com as soon as possible, including your company name and a description of the issue. While changes to a submitted questionnaire cannot be guaranteed, our team will advise on the best course of action.
