Before submitting your questionnaire, take a few minutes to check that every answer has the supporting evidence it needs. Answers without attached documents cannot be credited by our analysts, regardless of how accurate they are.
Using the navigation panel to find missing documents
The quickest way to identify gaps in your evidence is the left-hand navigation panel. Any question that is missing a required document is flagged with an orange warning sign next to its section in the panel. Work through each flagged section to attach the missing evidence before proceeding.
Checking your document library
Open your document library and review your uploaded files. Any document sitting in the library but not attached to at least one question will not be considered in your assessment. Make sure every uploaded document is linked to the relevant answer.
If you have a large number of uploaded documents and need to check whether a specific file has been attached to a particular question, use the search function in the document library to locate it quickly.
Marking questions as complete
As you finish reviewing each question and confirming that all evidence is in place, mark it as complete using the green toggle at the top of the question page. The questionnaire can only be submitted once every question has been marked as "Question Completed."
Use this toggle as your final quality check: before marking a question complete, confirm that:
All applicable controls have been selected
Supporting evidence has been attached for each selected control
Any controls you have explained as not applicable have a comment attached
Checking your overall completion status
Your questionnaire summary page gives you a high-level overview of your progress across all sections. Review it before submitting to confirm that all sections are complete and no orange warning indicators remain.
When you are ready to submit
Once all questions are marked complete and all evidence is attached, you are ready to submit. Remember that submission is final. For a full explanation of what happens when you click Submit and what to check beforehand, see [Can I change my answers or add documents after submitting?].
