I have worked on my Improvement Plan - how do I get my score updated?

Find out the two ways to get your CyberVadis score updated after working on your Improvement Plan, through your annual reassessment or by requesting an additional mid-subscription assessment, and understand the costs and timelines involved.

This is one of the most common questions we receive, and a very good sign. It means you have been doing the work.

Completing actions in your Improvement Plan does not automatically update your scorecard. To have your progress reflected in a new score, you need to go through a reassessment. There are two ways to do this, depending on where you are in your subscription cycle.

Option 1: annual reassessment (included in your subscription)

Your CyberVadis subscription renews annually on a tacit renewal basis. At each renewal, you receive a new assessment entitlement, allowing you to complete a full reassessment and receive an updated scorecard valid for 12 months from its publication date.

Your reassessment questionnaire is pre-filled with your previous answers, saving you significant time. You only need to review and update what has changed since your last assessment. See [Making reassessments easy: pre-filled questionnaire guide] for a full walkthrough.

Option 2: additional mid-subscription assessment (paid)

If you want to update your score before your annual renewal, for example, because you have completed significant improvements and want to demonstrate progress to a client, you can request an additional assessment at any point during your subscription period.

Important: your additional scorecard is valid for 12 months from its publication date. However, you must have an active subscription to access and share it. If your subscription expires before the additional scorecard's validity period ends, you will need to renew your subscription to continue accessing it.

In this example, the subscription expires on 31 December 2025. To continue accessing the additional scorecard (valid until May 2026), they must renew their subscription in January 2026.

Upon renewal in January 2026, they regains full access to their account including their scorecard, improvement plan, and sharing capabilities.
