CyberVadis operates as an online SaaS platform: no separate signed contract is required. When you registered, you accepted our Terms and Conditions, which govern your subscription, billing, and service access. You can review the Terms and Conditions at [app.cybervadis.com/terms-and-conditions].
Under Clause 14.1 of those terms, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual period unless cancelled in accordance with the agreed terms. This is why you receive an invoice automatically at the start of each new subscription period, without a separate contract being issued.
If your procurement process requires a purchase order number
If your internal finance or procurement process requires a PO number on the invoice, we can add one. See [How to add a PO number or correct an error on my invoice] for instructions.
