How to share your scorecard with clients and partners

Learn how to share your CyberVadis scorecard and assessment results with your clients and business partners directly from the platform, so you can demonstrate your cybersecurity posture with ease.

Once your CyberVadis scorecard is published, you can share it with any current or potential business partner directly from the platform. There is no limit on the number of recipients: complete the assessment once and share the results with as many clients and partners as you need.

How to share your scorecard

  1. Log in to the CyberVadis platform at app.cybervadis.com

  2. Navigate to your scorecard and click the Share scorecard button

  3. Enter the email address of the client or partner you want to share your results with

  4. Click Share

Your recipient will receive a notification giving them access to your scorecard. You can share with multiple recipients by repeating this process or entering multiple email addresses at once.

Managing incoming sharing requests

If a client or partner has requested access to your scorecard, you will find their request in the Sharing options tab on your dashboard. From there you can review all incoming requests.

What your recipient can see

When you share your scorecard, your recipient can view your overall score, your function scores, and your topic-level breakdown. Your improvement plan progress is also visible to recipients, allowing them to track your security improvements in real time.

If you want to share your supporting evidence documents alongside your scorecard, you will need to update the sharing settings for each document. See [How to change the sharing settings for your evidence documents] for instructions.

Revoking access

If you need to stop sharing your scorecard with a specific recipient, you can manage your sharing settings from the Sharing options tab on the left-side menu.
