If you have forgotten your password or your activation link has expired, you can regain access to your account quickly using our self-service recovery tool. The process takes just a few minutes.
Step 1: start the recovery process
Go to the CyberVadis login screen at app.cybervadis.com and click the "Reset password" link located near the sign-in buttons.
Step 2: enter your email address
Enter the email address associated with your CyberVadis account and click Continue.
Make sure you have access to this email address, your recovery instructions will be sent there. If you are unsure which email address is associated with your account, try the address you used when you first registered.
Step 3: check your email
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing a secure link to reset your password and access your account.
If the email does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact support@cybervadis.com for assistance.
Step 4: create a new password
Click the secure link in the recovery email to set a new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:
At least 11 characters, using a combination of letters and numbers
At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
At least one number and one symbol (for example: !, @, #, $)
Keep your password confidential and do not share it with others
If you have also lost access to your MFA device
If you cannot complete the MFA verification step as well as your password recovery, for example, because you have changed your phone or lost your device, the standard recovery flow may not be sufficient to restore your access. Contact support@cybervadis.com directly and our team will assist you in regaining access securely.
