Recommended browsers and language settings

For the best performance and security on the CyberVadis platform, use the latest version of one of the following supported browsers:

Always ensure your browser is up to date. Using an outdated browser version may result in reduced performance or compatibility issues on the platform.

If you experience issues such as a frozen screen or pages not loading correctly, try disabling browser extensions or ad blockers, as these can sometimes interfere with platform functionality. If the issue persists, see [Screen freezing or platform not loading? Troubleshooting guide].

The CyberVadis questionnaire is available in nine languages. Language selection applies to the questionnaire platform only - once you are logged in at app.cybervadis.com/questionnaire, you can switch to any of the following languages using the language selector in the upper-right corner of the page:

Please note that the main CyberVadis portal at app.cybervadis.com is available in English and French only.
