If this is your first time logging in, make sure you have completed the following before attempting to access the questionnaire:
Registered your company account (see [How to register: step-by-step])
Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your account (see [Setting up multi-factor authentication])
Accessing the questionnaire
Enter your email address and password
Complete the MFA verification step
Once logged in, click the Start Assessment button to begin
You will land on your questionnaire summary page, which shows your progress, your deadline, and the sections available to complete.
